Due to the fragile and legally sensitive nature of glass products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer free replacements for incorrect, defective, or broken items when reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We hope that you will be delighted with your items however, if you would like to return your money for broken piece, no problem.After you start the making refund process, you will receive a full refund.

Important Notes:

✔ Minor aesthetic variations are normal and not considered defects.

✔ Slight dimensional differences between units are expected in handcrafted glass.

✔ Minor cosmetic imperfections that don't affect functionality are within acceptable quality standards.
